Thailand is virtually unknown in the Specialty coffee scene. We’d like to change that. Over the last few years, I traveled extensively throughout Thailand and found this producer who’s goal is to push the boundaries of quality, clarity, & sweetness.
This is Kenya-Style washed process that takes 36 hours to complete. It is then dried on raised beds for 15 days before milling and hand-sorting. The extra work pays off with big flavor!
