About Nova Iguacu - Brazil

This coffee bean comes from the region of Carmo da Cachoeira/ South of Minas Gerais, Salto Estate and is processed pulped natural. When brewing this coffee, it produces an aroma of sweet and nutty, just like if you were in a bakers shop. At a dark roast, this coffee bean will have a fruity taste, but then quickly turns into a dark tone with a baker chocolate and slightly toasted walnut flavor.
