AboutWelcome to Cafe Volcan, your number one source for fresh coffee! We're dedicated to giving you the very best of fresh roasted coffee with a focus of freshness, flavor and quality. Jeovany was born and raised in Van Nuys, CA. After high school he joined the Navy and served his country before being medically discharged. Life brought his wife and him to Texas and their family grew. Jeovany first started out with having passion for cooking, which drove him to learn more about food and decided to attend Culinary Art School at Le Cordon Bleu. While visiting his family in El Salvador, he had the pleasure to visit Apaneca, El Salvador and enjoyed a fresh roasted cup of coffee in one of the Coffee shops. At that moment he knew he wanted to roast fresh coffee and share that wonderful flavor and aroma with coffee lovers. He came back home where he did extensive research about coffee and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into Cafe Volcan Coffee Roaster where he would be able to bring that fresh cup of coffee to you and your family. Our philosophy is simple, only select the highest quality coffee beans and roast them to order. We hope you enjoy our coffee products as much as we enjoy offering them to you. What Texans are saying
Had never heard of Cafe Volcan but really like their story. Tried out the Turrialba. Outstanding.
Perfect for my taste. A great way to start the day!!
Listen... I am NOT a believer in decaf, but the hubs wanted to do decaf latte's in the evening. I've noticed with the darker roasts, it's hard to find the right grind to pull a perfect shot, but not only was this perfect with the first grind... it didnt taste burned, like a typical decaf roast will taste! This is my new favorite fore decaf!
I can't get enough Pumpkin Spice during the holidays. But I prefer it from an artisanal roaster like you can find on Texas Coffee Club. I want the flavoring in the beans themselves. Love this coffee. Will be ordering more.
I had it as a moka pot espresso. Very good tasting. The bourbon flavor is quite subtle but it's there. Quite delicious.
Unfortunately, this was not my favorite. We tend to like our roasts on the darker side. And I couldn’t get the grind right for my espresso. I tried so hard to like this, but eventually, we just had to grind it all and use it in regular drip coffee.
